I will watch my bill, but I have a feeling I will be speaking with them again. I felt like I was dealing with a bunch of fumbling Keystone Kops! They should have offered me some kind of compensation, I probably would have declined, but I would have felt better about the hotel. They said, after I had waited more than fifteen minutes, that the charge would be on my card and in a few days I would see a credit. I was livid, they give these things to help out organizations, then the people that win them are put through a tremendous amount of stress, just to get the hotel to honor it. Upon check-out I was told that the room charge would be applied to the card I had left for incidentals. The elevator is in the middle of the hallway. Super shower! Precious soaps! During the night from about midnight to almost 4AM, it was really loud out in the hallway, so you may want to ask for a room at the end of a hallway. The room was beautiful, very clean and with a great view. They gave us a room and told us it would be resolved by the next morning. When we arrived, the three people that tried to help us were not successful.

I called and made the reservation and informed them of the freebie. The slots seemed to hit for quite a few people, we don’t gamble much but left with some, always a plus.I used to obtain a night and dinner at the resort. The food was good and not bad on pricing, however Thursday night buffet lobster would’ve been nice if not so expensive at $45 per person, ouch. There are many dining options within this casino, from fast food to sit down restaurant style. Staff was always warm and pleasant, however some of the tribal security inside the casino could be more engaging and helpful. The casino itself is well designed and has an nice elegant layout, atmosphere and wasn’t too smoky has a inside movie theater, bowling, kids center which is highly impressive, better than most casinos around Oklahoma.

Had nice big windows, table with chairs and bathroom. The other room had a larger area with king bed, it was comfy but broken in and probably needs to be replaced. The room was huge, big room with with pullout sofa, chairs, microwave, safe and mini fridge and large 43 flat screen. We stayed the evening and wanted to stay in the tower but was booked quickly so we received a suite in the Choctaw Inn for the members and veterans pricing wasn’t bad. First time here, must say we were very impressed.
